Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Duncan Mobile Detailing. By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Duncan Mobile Detailing offers mobile vehicle cleaning and detailing services at the customer’s location. Services include, but are not limited to: exterior washing, interior cleaning, waxing, and optional add-ons.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition exceeds standard expectations (e.g., biohazard, excessive damage, or infestation).

You must provide access to the vehicle and sufficient working space for our technicians. If your location does not permit detailing (e.g., HOA restrictions, no water access), we may request you move the vehicle or reschedule.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept [cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments — adjust as needed]. Prices are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and service location.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

No-shows may result in full service charges and refusal of future bookings.

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We'll make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Duncan Mobile Detailing is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to your vehicle
   
• Issues resulting from poor paint condition, aftermarket parts, or sensitive surfaces
   
• Damage caused by failure to disclose relevant information (e.g., electrical issues, leaks)
   

We take care to avoid any harm, but service is performed at the customer's risk.

For outdoor appointments, weather may affect service. If weather prevents safe or effective detailing, we will contact you to reschedule at no cost.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current terms.
